Who we are

This site is run by Luxevent, Ruse, Bulgaria (LXVNT by Luxevent). For questions about your personal data call 0883 493 842 or write to ayredin.ayriev@gmail.com.

What we collect

When you send an enquiry: name, phone, email, event date, venue and type, and the chosen booth and package. When you sign in: your email and, if you set one, a password (we only keep a protected hash of it).

Why we use it

Only to answer you, confirm the date, prepare the event and issue documents. The enquiry is also added to our schedule in the Luxevent client portal (mywedding.luxevent.bg).

How long we keep it

As long as needed for the event and for accounting as required by law. Then we delete it.

Who we share it with

No one outside Luxevent, except the hosting and email providers that help us run the service.

Cookies

We only use a session cookie, needed for the form and for signing in. No advertising or tracking cookies.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data at any time. You have the right to complain to the Bulgarian Commission for Personal Data Protection.
